New Application Forms for Consular Legalization and Notarization Introduced

On January 1, 2018, this Embassy will introduce new Application Form of Notarization and Application Form of Consular Legalization, and stop to accept the old forms. Before January 1, 2018, applicants can use either old or new forms.
