Notice is hereby being given that the Chinese Embassy in Canada observes the following holidays in 2008, during which the Embassy will be closed:

1, New Year's Day: closed on January 1;

2, Spring Festival: closed from February 6 to 8;

3, Qingming Festival: closed on April 4;

4, International Labour Day: closed on May 2;

5, Duanwu Festival: closed on June 9;

6, Canada Day: closed on July 1;

7, Mid-Autumn Day: closed on September 12;

8, National Day: closed from October 1 to 3;

9, Boxing Day: closed on December 26.
